New Monthly Beer: Engineer

Engineer // Chestnut & Crisp // 4.2%

Engineer is a chestnut brown best bitter with a crisp hop finish. We are experimenting with another newer variety of hop called Cashmere. It adds elements of melon, citrus and candied fruit. With its crisp finish, this will go perfectly with a pie, a roast or a warming stew. Just imagine coming back from a stroll to a bowl and a nice pint, bliss!

Malt: Pale, Crystal
Hops: Cashmere
